Our Mission

University Community Athletic Association’s mission is to provide local youths with an opportunity to play 'team athletics' in a good moral and ethical environment.

Our activities will always be well supervised and organized with emphasis on scholastics and physical fitness throughout our geographical area.

We want to impress upon young people the benefits of physical fitness within the concept of competitive team sports and the rules of the sport.

Members of the association shall be members of good moral character who are interested in the promotion of the goals of the association.

  • Always keep God first in everything we do.
  • Take time to Develop a strong desire for sportsman-like conduct.
  • Understand and respect the RULES.
  • Develop courage in defeat, tolerance and modesty in victory.

  • To provide a proper and safe sports environment for our youth.
  • To enhance the emotional, physical, social and educational well-being of our youth.
  • To appoint, evaluate, educate and support the managers and coaches who will instruct our participants, keeping in mind the best interests of our children
  • To assure basic levels of knowledge and instruction are introduced at each level of play.To encourage parents to take an active role in the youth sports experience of their child and our association.
  • To adequately communicate to our members, all policies and rules changes in policies and rules, activities, events and any other pertinent information.
  • To guarantee equal opportunity for membership to all youth regardless of race, creed, sex, economic status or ability.


  • To provide the community with a central organization for communicating youth athletic opportunities--athletic registrations, facility needs, advertisement, vendor information, skill development, participant assistance or communication, and participant insurance if so desired.
  • To connect the city, school and club levels of each sport to provide for maximum consistency and program development.
  • To encourage athletic organizations to be proactive in safe and healthy practices and promoting good sportsmanship.
  • To provide a forum for youth athletic facility planning, both maintenance and development.
  • To be an example of balanced cooperation, diplomacy and respectability with each athletic organization.
  • To encourage athletic organizations to be operated with the highest ethical business practices.
